What the Session Actually Does

Most tools hand you a blank page or a template and ask you to fill it in. SYGNOS™ does the opposite.

The guided questions don't ask you to build from nothing. They ask you to remember. To describe. To explain the way you actually work — the sequence you've been running intuitively through every client engagement you've ever done. The system listens to how you answer and finds the pattern underneath the practice.

That pattern is your Signature System.


What to Bring to Your Session

You don't need to prepare. You don't need notes, a curriculum outline, or a framework drafted in advance. Everything the session needs is already inside you.

That said, it helps to come with:

• A clear picture of who you serve and what problem you solve
• A specific client result you're proud of
• A sense of the transformation your clients go through when they work with you

If you have those three things — you have everything SYGNOS™ needs to do its job.


How You Can Answer — Type or Talk

SYGNOS™ meets you where you are. Every question in your session gives you two ways to respond:

• Type your answer — write it out the way you'd explain it to a client
Tap to speak — hit the microphone and talk it through out loud

Most people find that speaking produces better output. When you talk through your answer instead of writing it, you naturally use your real voice — the language you actually use with clients, the stories you actually tell, the specific details that make your method yours. The system transcribes your response and processes it exactly the same way.

💡 Tip: SYGNOS™ is only as sharp as what you give it. Don't summarize. This isn't a form. It's a conversation. Tell the story. The more specific your answers, the more your Signature System sounds like yours and nobody else's.


How to Answer for the Best Output

The quality of your Signature System is directly tied to the specificity of your answers. The more concrete and real your responses, the more precise and ownable your output will be.

Speak in specifics, not generalities. "I help my clients identify the three leverage points in their business before we touch anything else" is better than "I help people grow their business."

Use your own language. Don't reach for professional-sounding words. The way you actually explain your work to a client on a call is exactly the register the system needs.

Don't overthink. Your first answer is usually your truest one. SYGNOS™ is built to find the signal in what you naturally say — trust the process.


What the System Is Listening For

Most users complete their first session in 20 to 25 minutes. Pro users running multiple sessions often move faster as they get familiar with the extraction process.
